Gmail’s new tabbed inbox is wreaking havoc on newsletter subscriptions. Companies are trying to claw their way back into users’ primary inboxes.
For all of my colleagues sending out e-newsletters…this will likely prove to be a popular feature in Gmail for users, but may have a detrimental effect on your open rates. You’ll have to work harder to earn a spot in the Primary in-box!
